The food is better in the daytime. I've gone a few times after work around 12 midnight. I advise you to NOT go at night because... the food is horrible at night and the workers don't seem as trustworthy. Occasionally you get a nice worker At night but most ofthe time they just seem...off. I won't be back anymore. Read more
Went through drive through. Ordered French toast sticks and a grape Sprite. The young man servicing the window left my bag of... food sitting right inside the window and left to serve guests inside - before giving us our food?? When he finally came backto the window he attempted to hand me an incorrect drink - no grape added. After remaking the drink I asked him if my food wasstill hot after having sat there. He said nothing and walked away. - My French toast was still hot ...And...the guy was verybusy - the only one we saw moving around inside. The jack in the box combos is the specialty of their one of many items on the food menu! But sometimes during the night the... sandwiches/burgers' meat is absolutely disgusting because of how undercooked and cold it is. But during the day it is absolutelyfantastic till it's evening. The employees are really quick and fast with my orders. I'm still not sure why the place is stillclosed down, but almost all of the other jack in the box stores are open except this one. Worse Jack N the Box franchise ever I?ve been to in Northern and Southern California!! The Jumbo Jack combo was so bad, I threw... it away after a couple of bites! The hamburger meat was lukewarm and rubbery, the fries were lukewarm with a few cold pieces,and the Lemonade was watered down. Also, the area was unkept, unswept, with trash and debris surrounding it. Would Never EatHere Again, Nor Recommend them!! Read more

The food was as expected. Same as typical Jack in the Box. Food was hot, but the dining area was freezing cold. We were... bundled up yet still very uncomfortable to sit there to eat. It was in November so feel like the place should know that theyshould turn on the heater at least a little. Read more
