This was my first time going to Jimboy's in a few years. I was disappointed to find they have changed their menu substantially... and no longer had some of my favorite items. The person who took my order got it wrong and I recieved the wrong items. The tacosI got, despite having not ordered tacos, were extremely greasy but still tasted pretty good. The food was pretty expensive forwhat you get and for the quality. I mostly likely won't be returning when there are so many better options available. Read more

It was my first time at Jimboys's. I had two beef tacos and a cola. The tacos are made fresh with a corn torn tortilla that is... pan fried folded over on the griddle. Then it gets a shake of parmesan cheese. They are good! Read more
Darn good for a fast food restaurant. The tacos are much bigger than the other taco places plus I believe that the are deep... fried with the meat inside then the veggies are added. The old school Mexican method my old neighbor Mrs. Garcia taught mymother. The other items on the menu go from ok to outstanding. Overall better than the national competition and slightly betterthan a sit down restaurant. Read more
Ordered the Grilled Chicken Burrito (Tahoe style) and really enjoyed it. Came out to be $8.04 after taxes. Tahoe style adds pico... de Gallo, sour cream, rice, beans, etc. The chicken was prepared well and the cheese melted perfectly. The outside of thetortilla was grilled, and slightly crispy but not overdone at all- just right. The customer service was really good and I wasapproached a few times to be asked if I needed anything else and how my meal was. Very friendly staff.
