Our family of 3 had some time to grab a quick taco dinner in-between two appointments one afternoon. We had just left a very hot... gym workout and decided to give Jimboys Rocklin another shot. We walked in and I exclaimed to my family, "Yes! It feels so nicein here." Once we got to the register, I asked the employee how he was doing. He said, "HOT." I thought oh, it is hot outside.Then I thought maybe it was hot in the kitchen behind. So I said, oh is it hot in the back? To which he said, "No it's hot inthe dining area." I said, "Oh, wow. I was just saying how cool it was in here." Then he argued with me about it being hot. Toohot, in fact, to let customers dine-in. So we would have to take our food to-go. The whole thing was so outrageous I thought itwas a joke. So we took our business elsewhere and will never try that location again. The service, food and hours are incrediblyinconsistent and it's a shame. Read more

I love Jim boys. But I lived in Tahoe where the original began and in some of these franchises they use inferior shells the.... Sauce on is off and they in forget to add the cheese on the outside of the shell. Sometimes they are cold to much meat hardlyzero lettuce and cheap shells smell and are to thick. If you find one that's half way authentic eat it there. Read more
Been two times... first time was served cold food but we figured we'd try one more time because jimboys is one of our favorite... taco places. We will not be going back. Over a thirty minute wait this time, received cold food, added on sour cream and didn'tget it, tacos were the skimpiest I've ever seen, could go on and on. Pretty sad really Read more
