By far my fav panda. Not bc the food is better but they don?t ask 500 times what you want when it?s ?a bowl steamed rice and... orange chicken?. They just make it. And when I don?t want the bag, they act normal and just don?t give me the bag instead ofacting like a robot that isnt programmed to not give you a bag and a cookie no matter what you say to the contrary. And when Isay ?I only want the bowl and a fork? that?s what I get. The bowl and a fork. Not a fork and some egg rolls and a cookie and abag and the receipt. Just an effing bowl and a fork. I come here quite a bit 2-3times aweek good food and service. Just hate it when I go in right before closing knowing how much... food that they throw out. I mean why not give the person some extra food and not let it go to waste. Read more

Something is seriously wrong with their drinks. Every single drink we got tasted horrible. The Dr. Pepper was flat, Root Beer... was flat, the Coke was excessively carbonated and sweet to where my friend was nauseated from it, and the cherry coke had nocherry flavor. I tried to call them for ten minutes to let them no but they either have their ringer off or don't care. Saveyourself money and just get your drinks at a different restaurant. Read more

Today at 5:45pm I recently moved to Rocklin. My first time at this panda. The staff have no customer service skills what so... ever. The person filling the orders forgot one of my requests and started helping the next customer. I put my hand up and saidyou forgot something. She rolled her eyes not saying a word, put 3 of the cream cheese things in a bag. She twisted the bag sotight that she smashed them. The cashier said nothing to me except the price.
