Had a nice lunch at Panera Bread. Got the creamy wild rice soup and it was good. The bakery items were very tasty!

There was only 1 person ahead of me and it literally took 20 minutes just sitting in line and then I got up to the cashier and... it took another 15 minutes to get my order which was only 2 bagels and a freaking tea because they were out of absolutelyeverything. The girl had to come back to the window 3 times to double check what my order was and STILL didn?t get it right. Areyou kidding me? I couldn?t imagine what it would be like on a busy day. I?m not going to leave a bad star rating because i?ve been to this location many times and it?s been good but this time it was... not. I ordered a strawberry lemon mint charged lemonade and it tastes super strong and i might not even drink it at this pointbecause it?s that gross. I order these a lot and know what it?s supposed to taste like and this is not it. Then I open up mysandwich and it looks like this! My food came out super fast and I don?t know if there?s new people or what but I would ratherwait a couple minutes longer than have my sandwich and drink messed up like this. Read more
I?ve already had a negative experience at this location back in October in which I called customer service and they resolved.... However, upon this visit everything was great up until I tried my salad. I ordered a pick 2 with a chicken Caesar salad and Macand cheese. When I began eating my salad I noticed the taste was off. It wasn?t tasting how it normally does and was ratherbad. I began picking around my salad and then realized that half of the leaves were black, indicating that I was served rottenlettuce. That explained the bad taste. Once again I am rather disappointed and don?t pay that kind of money to receive a saladthat I can?t even eat. No matter what city I'm in, I always Google if a Panera Bread is close by. They are consistent with their fresh tasting menu.... The best part; I feel full but not weighed down. If the cashier was more personable, I would have given this Panera Bread morestars. Read more
My daughter likes this stuff not me . I went to go thru drive thru and when I paid I could see how they prepare the mac and... cheese .I was disgusted, the mac and cheese r in plastic bags and r warmed up in a microwave. Then dumped into the papercontainer. You can safe money and cook them at home way better. Read more
