Ordered Teriyaki Chicken and California Roll to go, picked up order and walked out to my car and opened the styrofoam container... to find a mess all of the roll was super lose and falling apart and there was barely any teriyaki chicken on this huge bed ofshredded cabbage and the chicken was cold! That was the worst of it the taste was horrible there teriyaki sauce needs to bereplaced! When I took it in to tell the manager he could care less and offered no apology!! Won?t be back and I do notrecommend this restaurant!! (response to Owner response) 1) YES I was given Styrofoam! 2) I was there a year ago when youfirst opened, You are on 4820 Granite Drive. 3) You are very high priced over most places and yet your food is subpar. Thefact still remains my bentobox was a sloppy mess and the roll was big chunks falling apart! I talked with your cook/owner aasian man with glasses and he said he was a partner and he asked me what I thought of the place and I said it would be nice ifyou guys lowered the lights as it is extremely bright white fluorescent lighting in your restaurant and not very customercomfortable. You will receive Friendly and attentive service at this new sushi restaurant in Rocklin. Sushi Kakogan has a good variety of... Asian dishes along with excellent sushi. Everything we ordered was delicious. And the prices were very reasonable! It islocated across the street from Safeway on Granite Drive in Rocklin. Easy access from I-80 and the Rocklin Road Exit. Very good quality. Good service. A little pricey, but not overly so. Loved their Over The Rainbow roll.
