Service was good. Food tastes fine but every taco ordered was in a broken tortilla making it impossible to eat in usual... way. Attempted to do survey on receipt to enter contest but was unable to because the ink was so bad on the receipt it wasimpossible to read the numbers that were needed for the survey. Read more
The wait at the drive through for onlyv4 cars was just over 20 minutes which is terrible. But the customer service, apology for... the wait and brief explanation made up for it in my book. Read more
Other than the fact that this place is close to my house there is no reason I would ever come here. Not only is this location... incompetent when it comes to getting the food you order correct, they also like to close early. I showed up at 9:36 PM and theywere closed, even though they say they're open until 10 PM. This has happened 3 times in the past few months so frankly it's myfault for believing what they say their schedule is. They also enjoy letting people wait in line just to tell them they don'thave the ability to make bean burritos or tacos. I don't understand how that's possible seeing as how the majority of their menuconsists of at least one of the ingredients required to make a taco or bean burrito. Always and forever, the absolute worst tacobell location of all time. Lost count of the times I've spent 20+ minutes stuck in... the drive thru, with 45 minutes being my personal record. Orders are wrong at least 50% of the time. Tried going in once andwaited 20 minutes for just drinks. Not an exaggeration by any means. Felt terrible for the young crew in there trying to sortthrough the madness while an older woman employee openly berated them, physically shoving one poor kid. Just absolutelyatrocious. Read more
My neighbor took us here right before we went to Monument Park. They have really interesting chairs! The staff is friendly and... the food is lightning fast to you. I usually get food her in the drive-thru, but we inside this time. I'm glad we did. Read more
I don't understand how they can get my order wrong every single time. Is it a literacy issue? A lack of care? What's wrong that... extra cheese becomes no cheese? How does a soft taco become a beef taco supreme? It's so confusing. It's all wrong. They need topay attention to detail and read the screen. It's not hard. Read more
Clean and friendly. Condiments are out so you don't have to ask which is nice. Much nicer than most Taco Bells.
