Usually love the Bean, with the exception of once or twice over the years. With that being said, I decided I would share today's... experience. I understand being understaffed, which wasn't the issue, so we patiently waited in the only open line. I ordered apeanut butter java chip granita, showing the employee a pic on my phone I got off HB's social media, and was very disappointed.There was not one hint of peanut butter flavor, nor were there any chips that come with the java chip granitas I've had in thepast. The lid was a flat style, and not the typical domed ones, but I suppose they could have understandably been out of them.We just weren't told. Hopefully next time, HB can redeem themselves. Thank you. Decent enough coffee but needs some definite fixes to be competitive with the other big brand names. 1st off, and VERY important... - You need to add more flavor to the coffee drinks (all of them), because, even though something may be called "vanilla ___" or"pumpkin___" or "maple___" the flavors are SOOO very very vague that you have to stop and focus very hard to even detect theslightest hint of whatever flavor it is that you've ordered. I should easily taste the flavor I've requested without searchingmy taste buds to no avail. 2nd - Bigger cups please - you need to justify that cost that you're charging us with a competitivesize cup so we don't regret not going to Starbucks, or Pete's, or... 3rd - Please don't drop a candied coffee bean in my coffeeor plop one on my lid assuming that I want it. ASK. It may be a cutsie novel thing with the company and I understand it's atrademark move, but not everyone appreciates a melted mess to deal with on their lid or a mysterious lump in the bottom of theircup. Fix those things and I'll give 5 stars rating but for now, only 3, mainly because of major lack in flavor. I shouldn't haveto struggle to detect vanilla, hazelnut, pumpkin spice, maple etc. And I've tried LOTS and LOTS of coffees there. Read more
Typically takes approximately 10 minutes in drive-thru whether there's one car or four cars in front of you. The kids that work... there are very nice. Very courteous. However, it's going to take some time. Read more
This place is so amazing and Lucy is so great and personable. I see Lucy most days and she's upbeat and friendly. I also wanted... to point out that this place has the biggest and best selection of sugar free drinks, you can literally order any of theirdrinks sugar free, in light a huge coffee chain were only one option is offered for sugar free. I was excited to try coffee from here, but I didn?t have a good experience. The service was fantastic and the Java chip granita... tasted good, but after drinking it, I was sick for the rest of the day and couldn?t keep anything down. I?m guessing one of theproducts used was no good. Read more
