As a mobile technician i spend a lot of time on the road. Drive-thru dining is how i live. I stopped at Popeyes today and was... not just pleasantly surprized but borderline amazed. The service was fast. The young lady at the widow was very professional andfriendly. The food blew me away. My standard 3 piece mild tenders with fries were fantastic. Why is this ridiculously awful place open?? Their food is cold, chicken sits forever, what little food they do have.... Unprofessional! Always give customers what they want to give and not what the could order because they ALWAYS say, ?we?re outtathat,? ?we don?t have spicy,? ?we don?t have any chicken,? or ?we ONLY have mild legs!? But?they?ll give you a dried breast.They should close thus place doen as fast as they opened it, for REAL. DON?T stop there, you will regret it. Read more
Wow. How absolutely disappointing. I ordered a 5 pc tenders (no combo) and a 3 pc tenders (no combo). So 8 tenders. I got... charged for both combos ($19.87) and received nuggets, not tenders. We pulled up to this restaurant for a Sunday family dinner. We went through the drive thru at 5pm parking lot was empty and the... lady asked would we like to try a #5 we said no thank you give us a moment. I said thanks when an employee handed me my Uber eats order & all I got was an eye roll & a grunt. I would?ve understood why if... there had been many people ordering but I was the only one in the drive thru & the lobby was closed. Be nicer to your customers.Also, worked here a year ago & they had roaches in their kitchen. Crawling on the counters where the chicken sandwich buns arebuttered. Read more
Seriously horrible. Ordered 5 pc chicken strips recieved something that resembled a 3 piece chicken dinner with what looked to... be a dehydrated fried wing with little to no meat a small breast and I think the 3rd piece was a thigh not sure!!! What a joke this place is. I don't recommend anyone eating at this location. The employees have absolutely no customer service... skills. I ordered two of the shrimp tackle boxes which come with a small drink . I get to the window and payed and was chargedfor two drinks even though the sign clearly says it comes with a drink . When I asked about the drink charges they told me itdoesn't come with a drink . Then rudely asked me well what do you want me to do. I gave her the drinks back and asked for thealmost 7 dollars to be returned to my card for the drinks that were supposed to be included with the meal . After that she tookmy card and for whatever reason gave me cash back then closed the window. She still has my card at this point and the food thatI paid for. After she finally opened the window she says what do you want ? I said I would like my debit card back . She handsme my card and closed the window again. I'm still waiting , she finally opens the window again and says what do you want .....I said I would like my food please. . . I'm amazed that this place is even in business. I never write reviews, but this popeyes has horrible service. I usually stop by when I'm on my lunch break and don't have time... to stop anywhere else. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their service is straight up horrible, includingCedartowns. I sat in line by myself waiting on an order and they forgot I ordered.
