Wife likes to stop here because it is on the way home. I hate it when she does because this location can never get an order... right. They leave off ingredients and ignore all specialty extras. I ordered extra cheese they left cheese off the sandwichcompletely. Ordered a cold cut combo it was bologna that's the only meat it had on it. If you call to complain the owners tellyou you are wrong (they run the store because they can't keep employees to save their lives) not sure how you can run a businesslike that. They don't have their lobby open so you can't see them make your food to ensure that it is being done correctly (which I... understand is probably a safety precaution right now due to covid). But we always use the drive-through and there are alwaysmistakes EVERY TIME. We continue to go because usually small ones that we just brush off, like they forgot cheese and we willjust add cheese when we get home or mayonnaise or something like that we have on hand that we can just fix. Well tonight was thefinal straw! We ordered a BLT salad and there was no salad. Literally no lettuce in the container only a few toppings. It was a nightmare. The guy there was irate with one of the other workers and was yelling at her the whole time we were there.... This man should be fired. He was a man from India. Might want to check into this. I will never go back to the Subway in ReoIndiana. Read more
Ordered the same Sandwich that I complained about at the last subway except for the subway knows how to make them I didn?t tell... them how to do anything different they did it on their own. It?s got more meat displaced in the sandwich better as well as notdrowned in sauce. Heated perfectly. This location is super skimpy and the employees who made the sandwiches are extremely incompetent! Ordered sandwiches threw the... drive-thru, they messed up 2 of the sandwiches, asked for double meat... no extra meat, pepper jack cheese... no cheese at all,onions... no onions! I rarely review chain restaurants as everyone knows what to expect from a McDonald's or Taco Bell, but I've got to give a... shout-out to my local Subway in Reo. The employees are always so friendly, while the sandwiches and salads are top-notch. Fewrestaurants feature staff that care about their customers and this location is certainly one of them. Spent over 23 dollars for a cold foot long and 2 wraps. These were a pick up order, so we didnt know how they was until we got... home. They had so little food in the wrap that is was like chewing on a big chunk of break. Tired of paying more and more andgetting less. Read more
