This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. It's dirty nothing works in the bathroom and all I ordered was a large french fries... and this is what I got and they're old and cold and there was a bag of buns laying in the French fry holder so I'm sure theseare the fries that were laying underneath of it Read more
Went to Wendy?s about 11 PM after work and was told they were out of everything I was asking for. It felt more like they just... didn?t want to fix anything for any customer that came an hour before closing time. The statement ?we?re out of all chicken andbeef and all sides including frosties? is really hard to believe. Literally everything I asked for I was told by the young ladythey were out of. If indeed I was told this and it were true that is bad management, if I were lied to out of laziness that isbad recruiting/hiring and in need of some better management still. Read more
The speed of the service could be a little better but the friendliness and welcoming manners of the staff more than made up for... that. One of the staff (Melissa) I think was her name, made the dine in lunch a exceptionally good time. She had a positive anduplifting attitude and very professional. When other of her crew members got a little frazzled she remained calm and jump rightin to help the situation at hand. A born leader with positivity and knowledge obviously in problem solving and criticalthinking. Wendy's as a whole is very lucky to have an employee like her. Where's The BEEF? I ORDERED 2 BIG BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. DROVE THE 15 MINUTES HOME AND DISCOVERED ONCE I GOT HOME THAT ALL... I GOT ON MY SANDWICHES WAS EVERYTHING BUT THE BEEF. SO WHERE'S THE BEEF. CALLED THE RESTAURANR TO LET THEM KNOW AND GOT NOANSWER. WITH GAS AS HIGH AS IT IS I WAS NOT GOING TO DRIVE 15MINUTES BACK....BUT I FEEL THAT WENDYS OWE ME A REFUND. Read more
Yes, it's just another Wendy's restaurant. What could possibly be different? Luckily, nothing. I've always had a positive... experience. Food is always fresh and tasty, and the service is always friendly. Like most places right now, they areunderstaffed and the wait can be a little longer than "expected", but even so, the staff is always friendly and working to getyour order to you ASAP. Read more
