(On December 5th) After ordering a coffee and sandwich, it took 25 minutes to get the turkey sausage, egg and cheese order.... Upon opening it, I realized it was bacon, which I can?t eat. I brought it back and asked for another. When I got thereplacement, it was bacon again! I brought it back and said it was still wrong. The man in his 40s cooking the food snapped atme and said it WAS actually sausage. I then opened it up and showed the bacon to a different employee, who assured he would takecare of it. He spoke to the cranky employee and must have explained the difference between turkey sausage and bacon to him.(Thanks, youngish guy with red hair! No obvious name tags anywhere.) The third bag had the correct order. No apology from thecranky guy, though. While I as waiting I saw another person waiting, get the wrong drink. This location needs some retraining,and an expediter, in a bad way. Read more

The girls try their best very courteous and I don't care what some people say they get busy but people need patience and I won't... go anywhere else for dunkin ???? Read more

Two stars for the coffee only. The staff here never spoke to me! Not a hi, not a what can I get you, nothing. I would have... assumed that I'd fallen into some Twilight Zone bs, but the other two customers in line had the same experience. Wild serviceinteraction. My black iced coffee were good, just heads up they ain't a chatty bunch in Rockport. Read more

Made a order online. The bacon on the sweet peeper bacon croissant is burnt totally black, avocado toast was cold and they had... ran out of munchkins which they said they would refund upon my return. If I could less stars I would. IMO waste of a storefront!! Read more

when u work at a fast food restaurant and your asked to layer the munchkins so one flavor is not on the bottom don't roll your... eyes at me then explain why that specific munchkins go on the bottom.I didn't even realize it could be a nut allergy forsomeone. Educated your customers don't be rude and roll your eyes. I will never go back. Another loyal customer lost! Read more

Holy mackerel. The servers are yick yacking about dinner, the drive-thru is packed, no one whatsoever besides me in the store... itself. Clearly they have time on their hands. Then why is there absolutely no toilet paper whatsoever in the customer bathroom?It's 10:30 in the morning, have they not checked it for days?? Really disgusting bathroom. I hate the way restaurants are goingtotally downhill. It's not like they have a glut of customers that they need to take care of. Read more

Sheesh, this one was rough. The two employees behind the counter, when they weren't fiddling with equipment or chatting with... each other were coughing all over the food. Disgusting. That, and they're probably the slowest Dunkin crew I've ever seen.Waited 20 minutes... For the first guy in line to be served. I don't even know why I waited. Only saving grace was the nice girlwho appeared and instantly took my order. Thank you, Miss!! Read more

Convenient location. Customer service is a bit lax. Especially when ordering via the app. You would expect your one coffee to be... ready to pick up when ordering thirty minutes ahead of time. And if it just happened once in a blue moon that would beunderstanding. Yet it doesn't. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of having an app to order when it's only ready maybe 50percent of the time. Read more
