Beautiful location. Our meals just didn't impress, and our staff were forgetful and not attentive. I hate giving bad reviews... and this one isn't bad but not great , again the location was beautiful especially if you get a seat with view . The meals werejust rather bland and the staff although not to busy seemed to busy to remember to bring another round of drinks and some sides. I had the Trinidadian shrimp curry with mango salsa. The portion were small and the spices bland , I think Trinidad I don'tthink what I had ( the salsa was good but maybe one spoonful) . My friend who had the fish and Chips was happy with the portionand I saw why . There are so many places to go in the area and perhaps because it was on Bearskin Neck they had what I wasserved,but being local I'd happily make the 20 min treck to Essex or the 30 min treck to Ipswich and walk away full without thebeautiful view. We had lunch here. It?s a good location as almost every table has a view of the harbor. There?s restaurant seating as well as a... bar with a few high top tables. The menu has a good selection and they have a full bar. Good food and good atmosphere. Ourwaitress was friendly and attentive. Read more
We were in Rockport for the day and wanted to try this place. We were seated right away. Tried Tuna Poke app that was delicious... followed by a Tuna Wasabi Noodle Salad. The service was awesome. The cocktails good. I loved the fresh Tuna! Read more

Service was slow took 30 mins to order our food and an hour to receive food. The food was average at best. I got the fish and... chips and Portuguese Garlic Shrimp appetizer. The shrimp was really good! The fish and chips was a bit cold by the time Ireceived it which took away from the experience. Honestly the view of the harbor was better than the restaurant experience. We had a wonderful experience at 7th Wave! The view is spectacular, the service was great, and the food was super tasty! The... appetizer mussels were a huge portion and excellent! We also ordered the garlic shrimp, which were also super tasty! The breadwas just okay, but it could be a personal preference! We also ordered the fish and chips, which had a very lightbatter! Update: our second visit was not as good... the fish and chips were still delicious! But the steamer clams were notvery good... they were very sandy. The Caesar salad was a bit salty and the lobster roll was just okay. The garlic shrimp werealso tasty! This trip was a 3, so the average score has been a 4. Read more
(8/29/22) i dont like to give bad reviews, but i don?t want other people to have the same experience. my grandmother, mom,... brother, and i all went together in hopes to get a nice dinner. the food was very overpriced for the quality. the servers weredismissive, we were not checked up on at all and ended up needing things. my food was flavorless, as was my grandmothers,however my mom enjoyed her meal. it was a total disappointment!!
