UPDATE: nice automated response regarding our issue. Called and asked if they delivered down the street to our campground. ... After being put in hold 3 different times Preston Lopez took our order. He got an attitude because I told him we just wanted toknow if they delivered to our area, and would like to order a pizza. We got a medium supreme. I told him no ham. Well we gotham. By 7:30 am the next morning, my wife was throwing up, and I had severe nausea and diaharrea. Coincidence? I think not. Threw out the refrigerated left overs. Don't trust that pizza. Update July 28,2022 Just returned from a long trip and grabbed my usual order of 2 pizzas last night. Thanks for fixing my issue... completely! Pizzas looked great with a good amount of topping. Toppings in every bite made my day. Thanks to the owner andmanager for reaching out to me listening and fixing the issue. I?m back as a loyal customer! Keep up the good work. To othersthat look for reviews to help with life?s choices I was not bribed with pizzas or cash. I?m just an old truth teller. I?ll keepyou updated. We eat Domino?s a lot! Old review?. Issues resolved! I have yet to be not disappointed in this store. Consistencythe amount of toppings is less than any other Dominos in the area. I have complained to the store and corporate by emails andhave never EVER received even a reply that they received my emails let alone any apology or reason for such a minuscule amountof toppings on every pizza ordered. Unfortunately our community not have a lot of choices of eateries so I keep returning toDomino?s in Rockport. Good tasting pizza at a good price. Pizza was done exactly as ordered. We enjoyed the ease of the online ordering and tracking... of our delivery. Pizza and wings were still hot and the whole process was quick. Read more
Well I've given them several opportunities to see if they've just been a little off or if this is the new norm, apparently it's... the new norm. It doesn't matter how many extra toppings that you order and pay for, you'll get the same amount of toppings thatcome on a regular pizza. Extremely disappointing. I'm including a picture of a pizza that I ordered Sunday, 11/21/2022. It wasordered as double pepperoni, double cheese and double mushrooms. Tell me what you think, lol!
