Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken sandwiches which was going to be a 10 minute wait and was asked to pull around... to the front. After 15 minutes I went in to check on the order. It had been ready just sitting on the counter. Asked forketchup and was then informed they were out. Started eating sandwich in the parking lot and it was tough and chewy. Fries werecold. Best fries I ever had! They were like Mash Potato Fries. It's nice to be able to get fried and roasted chicken in one order.
1st time I ever had Golden Chick and for sure the last time. Service was slow, took 10min to make a sandwich in which it didn't... taste good, cheese wasn't even melted and bread was soggy. Ice tea was good. Read more

Food is usually good & our preference for chicken locally but tonight on 8/4/22 they wouldn't let me order at 9:15 pm & hours... say they close at 10. So do they actually close at 10 & just didn't want to take more orders? If they close at 9, definitelyneed to edit the hours online because we came out just for this. Read more
Great food and service on this visit. Ordered the 16 PC strips family meal with green beans and okra. Chicken was fresh, hot,... and not too greasy. Green beans and okra were great! Even the rolls were good. Service was fast and friendly. We'll be back. Read more

Not really ever going to rate a fast food joint...but this was surprisingly good and customer service was great!
