Came this morning for my daily coffee but I came at the wrong time and they were cleaning the machine so I had to cancel my app... order. I still was charged but thankfully the manager Travis was able to resolve my issue quickly and provide me with the refundI was able to come back later on that day to get the refund and I was able to get my coffee as well for my inconvenience I lovethis place they're very friendly they are under staff but they work so hard to make sure that everyone is taken care of. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. After standing in line for 10 minutes they tell me I have to order on... kiosk, so I attempt to do so, but can?t get either one to work properly. So I go over to the counter and the same lady tells meI need to order from kiosk again, I?m like I?m trying but need help it?s not working. Hours say dine in closes at 8 pm doors stay locked all day. If by pure dumb luck You walk in its only to be greeted by eye... rolls and every one rushing to look "busy" so you stand there looking like a fool for 15 minutes till you get frustrated enoughto walk out or you can stand there and get dirty looks till you leave. They point you to a kiosk even before you have a chanceto say anything. No one wants to talk to the customer. Just hope they get your order right the first time because if you need tomake any corrections again with the eye rolls and the big air exhales. Something needs to change. Read more
This McDonald's is the worst the employees need a attitude adjustment and they also need to learn how to make the food right if... I pay for a basket of fries I expect a basket not a medium fry thrown in a basket. My husband got a big Mac once and they gavehim no meat at all just the bun and lettuce with sauce. The manager whoever she is is Trash very rude and not professional atall and they messed up my entire order I paid $30 and she said she can't re make it cause it's a big order how is it my problemthat you gave me someone else's food lady . Litterally no customers in here in the lobby, we stood up at the front counter for 20 minutes with the employees walking back... and forth without any kind of acknowledgment that we were here. So we had to order on the kiosk and then waited another 30minutes for our food. Employees were very rude when we did finally see someone. Will never come to this location ever again. Read more
They never have gotten my order right, they had issues with making 2 lrg frappes and a small fry. I asked for extra Carmel and... extra mocha and they were incapable of making the drink properly. I Waited over 40 minutes for 2 drinks that were probably spitit. Read more
