This is another great screwup by pizza hut hour and a half goes by no order. Im all for patience but my god. No half off no... coupons. Ordered two large pizzas for kids with garlic sauce the pizza arrived in about 45 min it was not cooked long enuff and the 3 of... the 4 garlic sauces had spilled all over called and the manager only sent one pizza to us with no garlic sauce and this too wasunder cooked and it took over a hour to receive it. Tried to call them back but they would not pick up the phone I spent $55 ona meal that was horrible I will be taking this higher. Read more
I never do reviews but this is TERRIBLE. Second time we?ve ordered from them.. gave them a second chance and it was a complete... let down . We had a missing (boneless)wing Order . We waited two hours for our food to get here and my sandwich is BURNT to a crisp and the pizza is cold. They also forgot our 2... orders of breadsticks we ordered? they also forgot the Italian sauce that comes with the sandwich. Read more
Not sure why I continue to give this location a chance, but last night was the last. The food always arrives cold and... hard. Update... Gave them another chance tonight, my mistake. Ordered at 5:22, was told it was out for delivery at 6:35 by6:45 the tracker said it had arrived. Received food a few minutes after 7. Everything was cold! Read more
