Under staffed. Ended up walking out. If this place is a franchise where was the owner. The drive through line was 7 cars and... there seemed to be one person doing the counter and drive thru. One person was doing the cooking as well. Read more

We stopped on our way home from Seafair today. Austin, the young man that took our order, was wonderful. He was friendly, acted... like he was happy to be there, suggested an alternative to what we had ordered (which was a better deal) and our food was readyquickly. Overall great experience. Businesses need more Austins. Read more

There?s one thing I can say is when the manager Janet Havens is working you get your order quick and it?s fresh. We went to eat... dinner one evening of course Janet want working then and we waited a hour and didn?t even get what we ordered. Huge mistakewon?t do that again. I wish there were two of her so one can work Morning and the evening shift. Thank you so much Janet I willdefinitely see you between 10-7:30. Read more

Late night drive thru. as is the norm, they only had a few workers manning their store. I put my order in, no coke- ok. Dr... pepper. ok. get my combo, NO biscuits :( before I pull away I ask abt it, they said they were out. however, I lowkey heard thewhisper yelling about someone not putting them in oven. they thoughtfully subd for a side. newsflash, don't expect full menupast 9pm. they don't wanna cook fresh stuff anymore than you. Drive-through forgot my macaroni and mashed potatoes I called and they said they would have it ready for me. When I got there... they gave me 2 small macaroni's and one medium mashed potato instead of the large I ordered and paid for. I called them andthey deliberately ignored my phone call. I walked inside the store and the manager told me to get out of the lobby. I wasn'trude or disrespectful, this is horrible treatment to consumers. Make sure you double check your order when coming to thislocation. Management should be trained to handle these matters smoothly and without making the customers feel like they're notvalued. Ordered online tonight, went to store and they said they were closed, offered to make my food tomorrow and not refund my money.... They stated they were closing due to being short staffed and I understand that, however refunds should be given out if theyclose down early or not. Staff was what you'd expect from a fast food establishment, rude and unprofessional. Read more

Ordered a 8 piece mixed chicken and they brought out an 8 piece chicken skin meal. There was absolutely no meat, nothing but... floured crust. This is the WORST experience I?ve ever had eating chicken. Popeye should be tried for treason because this is theworse betrayal of delivered chicken. A complete rip off!! Read more
