Waited the typical time for whataburger which usually means food is fresh. Well not today the cheese was still solid and cool... the burger patties were like beef jerky.. The restaurant was dirty as well. The staff was very friendly and the store seemedstaffed. Pretty disappointed. Read more
Always good food. Its Whataburger, we all know its good. Only complaints (minor ones) are the lines are always long, but that's... every Whataburger, and when I've ordered curbside my phone told me to wait in the car and they'd bring it to me. After 20 min Iwent in and my food was ready and waiting. No big deal I don't mind going inside but the app should have just told me to goinside and get it. Read more
Excellent customer service from the sweetest young lady who took our orders!! Unfortunately, we didn?t get her name she brought... us our order with a big smile & even asked how our food was on our way out! Thank you sweet little lady with glasses;) We willdefinitely return when back in town! Oh and the burgers were delicious!! Read more
I go to whataburger alot an it seems like it keeps getting sorryer!!! I ordered a #1 all the way with onion rings , #2 all the... way with onion rings an 2 patties for my dog well no onion rings an the burgers weren't right an I had to wait I know 20 minutesor more for the patties makes no sense one of the staff was eating in there an when was done she didn't wash her hands gofigure where's the management. Not like other whataburgers around Texas. Always so slow no matter how busy they are! This place can NOT make sweet tea. Worst... sweet tea around, Food always cold. Been to so many whataburgers and this one id most definitely the worst, keep trying themwhen I come it to town hoping it'll be better but nope! Read more
Went at about 1:30 am and even though I was the only one there, it took forever. Hamburger isn?t even warm, cheese is hardly... melted. I asked for extra pickles which I?m sure I paid for and they only put 3. Aransas Pass Whataburger is better than thisone. I?ll add I only went to this one because I work close by. Read more
What a S$%# Show....been a die hard Whataburger customer for years...love Whataburger....well until now. This Whataburger is a... disgrace to the chain. Seriously. 20 minutes just sitting in line. Then the burgers were the worst...and 21.00 dollarslater... Never again. Thank you Rockport Whataburger for making me never to return to one....I would be embarrassed if I werethe owner/manager of this store. !!! This place should close down and do the chain a favor...
