Three of us went there this evening 10/29/2022. We have been there a handful of times before and the service was always good.... They were not even packed in there. But tonight we walked in and sat down. Three other tables sat down after us. Those threetables got their silverware, menus and drinks and we didn?t get anything but looked at. We were noticed by two different serversand nobody waited on us. After the third table got service we got up and left. But before we left I explained to the serversitting at the table writing that our table was completely ignored and all she could do was say I am sorry with a smile on herface. She didn?t offer service to us or anything to try to get us to sit back down. I did call the manager and he apologized. Ijust felt like she the server didn?t really care about what I said. Hopefully no other customers get ignored like this. Firsttime this has happened to us there. My husband is very upset about this so we probably won?t be back. Pizza is amazing. Only ever ordered delivery, but it my favorite pizza. However, the last couple times I ordered the woman on... the phone was super unpleasant. It's also annoying that I felt like I was being scolded for not using a check or cash. It's2022, who carries cash. And I'm not ever sure when I last wrote a check. Might not order again just because the lady on thephone acted like I was the worst. Read more
We used to enjoy this place and have been going here for the past 5years but after going tonight will not be back for awhile.The... food took forever and when the spaghetti came out it was all red sauce and no noodle,very bland.There was fruit flies and houseflies swarming us the entire time indoors while we waited for our terrible food.The staff seemed to be very unfriendly and nevereven checked on us to see if we needed anything or how our food tasted once it came out.The place was dirty and the food weordered was not even what we ordered which did not help the situation,at all.By the way the prices on the menu are not what theyare charging you.It is now $1-$2more than what the menu says...thanks Sams you have now lost another customer? The pizza here was good/ok. My daughter had a fried chicken sandwich and fries. She said the chicken was very good, however the... fries had no seasoning at all and needed a lot of salt and ketchup. Once that got added, they were pretty good. The staff wasvery friendly and, if anything, that make the restaurant worth a visit! Good people! Give it a try and see what you think. Read more
Went to Sams tonight with 3 friends and there 9 year old boy. When we were being seated the waitress told us that the prices on... the menu were 2 to 3 dollars more than what was on menu. What? We had two appetizers they were good. One small pizza and 4 pastadishes. 2 with Alfredo sauce which was just ok. The other 2 with red sauce were horrible. The noodles were in a pool of wateryred sauce that tasted like vinegar. It was awful. Then we got the bill 118.63 wait what? I gave the waitress 100.00 cash and mycard for the 18.63. When she brought the receipt it said 38.63. She brings back 20.00 gives it to me and said that the guyrunning the cash register said that was easier than doing a refund. It was an awful experience. After reading the reviews we decided to try a dinner out since we both wanted pasta. I got the spaghetti and meatball. The... meatball was small and white inside and tasteless. I couldn?t figure out what I was eating since the texture was smooth like theingredients had been put through a food processor. The pasta was sitting in a pool of orange water with a lot of tastelesssauce on top. Any jarred spaghetti sauce would be better than this red tasteless sauce that tasted like plain tomato paste withno spices. It was by far the worst dish I have ever eaten in any restaurant hands down. My partners lasagna was a bit of thesame, tasteless. The bread was good and the cakes are divine made by a Local baker. Excellent pizza Tony. Glad to see you standing up for your waiter getting reamed by a lady last night claiming she waited 45... min. and you set her straight they were only there 20 min. Tony we miss the Italian music when dining. Read more
Some of the best pizza around. Good service too. We've never been disappointed.
