Really they shouldn't even get 1 star. The cashier was very rude. They was having problems with the registers. So customers that... they knew they let those people leave the store without paying. Had pizza with a friend it was delicious
One of the managers is rude, hateful and aggressive. Her customer service skills are pathetic. I'm not sure what her problem is... but I'm not changing my routine because or her combative attitude. I will continue to shop there but I'm also going to startspeaking to her the way she speaks to me. This could get interesting. Stay tuned .. Read more

I have been incredibly disappointed by my last 8 visits to this particular Casey's store... I usual get a slice of pepperoni... pizza from Casey's at other locations and it's always fresh. I gave Rockville the benefit of the doubt the first few times whenthey were either out or it was clearly dry and stale.. but I have noticed even if I leave and come back an hour+ later it's thesame pizza still sitting there because no one in there right mind would want to buy it. I fail to understand how the employeesdon't notice or care to change out the product regularly... after experiencing this for the 8th visit I will not be back to thislocation. Read more
