Ok listen up other Subways! If you want satisfied customers call the Rockville Subway and ask their secrets for hiring amazing... staff and implementing good production rules that will be sure to achieve good results. Let me start by saying I?ve been toSubways across our nation and I?m always disappointed. I really only go when it?s someone else?s choice. The sub never lookslike the pictures and I always leave feeling hungry. EXCEPT when I go to Rockville. I always get the veggie delight and it isshocking how cheap most subways are with the veggies, even iceberg lettuce. Not the case with this Subway. My sub is alwaysmade right and they serve it up with a smile. My only regret is that I didn?t take names to make sure they were acknowledged. I can say this last time I visited on 3/27/21 late in the evening. I also want to mention that ordering in app is usually arecipe for an order that is lacking not only vegetables, but often is plain wrong. I have to say this, i have never had the bread as fresh from ANY subway as i do from here. Nothing like a hard crunchy bread.... Ugh! This place is clean and as fresh as u can get 20 stars if i could give it! Read more
Its been a few weeks since I have bought sandwhiches at subways in Rockville. Order a 12" steak and cheese and there was no meat... on 6" of the sandwhich and may one bite on the rest. I don't mind buying local but don't expect to be taken advantage of whenordering online. The 3 other foot longs had issues as well. Tried to call and speak to someone and just get a recording thatthere not taking phone calls right now!!! Read more
