The female with 2 pony tails blonde hair was very rude when I was showing her what the internet said, she said don't point... your finger at me when I was using my finger to read what was on the cell phone, for veteran's day. Came on Saturday at 12:30 and despite there literally only being 3 tables occupied, we were told that the wait would be 5-10... minutes. We began to wait and after 20 minutes asked what in the world was going on. We were told that there is one server, butwhen I asked for more information on the wait, suddenly three new employees emerged from the back two claiming to be managers. Icould see into the kitchen so I know that they were not cooking the food, so why couldn?t these ?managers? help that poorsolitary server? The three families that came in after us ended up leaving and we ended up placing a to-go order because we hadnow lost nearly 30 minutes in a pretty packed scheduled day. Absolutely horrible. Much better than The Pour House at Old Crown, as even with only one vs. six servers I was actually able to get service. Food was... comparable, wbet to the original for pickle chips and beer anyways. Read more

Ok I've been here quite a few times, and its pretty good. Quality service can be hit or miss, some days I've only wanted 15... minutes for my food, other days it's taken over an hour :/ but there's plenty of booths, the servers are decently nice when theyare there, good overall. Read more
Unfortunately they seemed extremely low staffed, like many other restaurants in area, and the employees there were working... extremely hard to keep up with first day of nfl season. All extras from order were forgotten (dipping sauces, appetizers, andveggies). The cheese curds were over cooked so most cheese gone, wings overcooked. Have had better experiences here so maybejust a bad night. Read more
Its buffalo wild wings, food is decent , drink are also decent. Their major advantage is the amount of TV they have to entertain... you. I cant lie the wings are almost the same as 7 elevens especially with the fact that the skin is still on. Maybe because ihad the traditionals. Either way we had fun with my family of 5 . Sat in the bar area. Bartender was quick and good. Caught him with a drink he was not familiar with but he still nailed it. Food... was exelent good flavor and the right amount. I had the pulled chicken street tacos. The beer was also good. I have nocomplaints, and would visit this BWW again. Read more
