After 3 visits for the same order, I'm unable to pay for and then receive guacamole. My order is simple: 2x classic burritos... with no rice, no sour cream, add guac. I paid for guacamole twice, each time 2x $1.5 for a total of $6 and received none. Onthe third visit, I tried to bring the matter to their attention, did not pay for guacamole, but then still didn't receive any. I'm not sure how there could be any misunderstanding. "Show me the guac" I'm a very simple person, I just want to receiveguacamole. I'm willing to pay for it. I was charged for it twice. But maybe they don't have any? I'll try one more time. If that fails, I'll probably have to resort to cooking since Chipotle puts salt in every single ingredient. Read more
This place used to be great before the COVID-19 pandemic. But over the past 9 months it?s gone from 5-stars to 1-2-stars. Food... poisoning if you have food allergies is a major danger here now. The disregard for food allergy safety here now is absolutelyunbelievable. A huge shame since we really enjoy the food here when they get it right but they have poisoned us three times inthe past couple months by failing to pick up the phone so we can tell them of our food allergies.Their online ordering optionsno longer have a section to list food allergies or notes. They don?t even pick up the phone if you put in that extra effort totry to contact them to let them know. It?s a real shame because it has been our go-to for years. At the rate they are goingthey will end up closed down. Ignoring allergies leads to trips to the ER which leads to lawsuits because of negligence. Whichin turn eventually inevitably results in a location shut down. Please get it together at this location. This location was closest to my hotel. The road that the restaurant is on has little to no parking. The spaces outside all... have signs for 15min pickup. When we entered, there was no one inside except a gentleman milling about slowly. He respondedslowly and seemed like any questions we asked were a huge pain for him. We ordered two burritos, ine with the chips and sodadeal, three street tacos, and their Bangkok shrimp bowl. Pretty simple order. The guy missed the tacos. Luckily we noticedand ordered more, but the lady making them and the guy seems so put out by having to do work it really ruined the experience. It became cleR why it was only online orders coming in. The store did have a good amount of intelligent covid19 postings andguides. Beware, when you order the Bangkok shrimp there is so much cilantro that it makes your teeth squeak. Had to stop at the courthouse to get an ID, California Tortilla was right around the corner. Clean resteraunt. Staff was very... helpful considering it was my first time here. Got a bowl instead of a burrito. Very tasty. Upgraded with chips and a drink. The queso was very good as well. I would recomend stopping here. Read more
I went with some co workers today, we really had a blast, its like chipotle on steroid ! The fun is well seasoned! Nice flavors... and also staff is friendly! The "enchiladas" are a bowl containing cold shredded cheese, undercooked rice, and pointless lettuce mounds. The person who... created this recipe has never seen an enchilada, much less tasted one. A third of the seats (all on one side) are closed forsocial distancing, crowding the customers next to each other. The fresh iced tea machine, the number one thing I came for, hasinexplicably vanished. Employees have no idea that fresh iced tea is even on the menu behind them. The soda machine isinexplicably missing half the sodas. This place is supposed to be fusion, but it only managed to fuse taco bell and a schoolcafeteria. Read more
