Please make sure you order in person from this location because if you place an online order , this place will not give you... proper portion. I picked up an online order and bowls are half full. Online order is treated differently than in-person orderand that is how they make the most money by reducing the portion of online order . They need to be reported to BBB . We thecustomers have the power to correct this bad practice by taking our $$ to somewhere else . Managemnet better listen to what yourcustomers are telling you !! Read more
This location is so bad. I used to live near it and they disappoint more than they please. The greens and grains bowl I ordered... was literally not even half full and there is like 5 leaves of spinach in the bowl. You could barely even tell they put any in.My GF picked it up and when she got home she looked in the bag and thought it was her left overs instead of the my order shepicked up -- because it looked half eaten already. Sad, because CAVA itself is good but this location has to be watched -carefully. Read more
**Update** Online order today was completed perfectly and they were not stingy. I appreciate that I received what I paid for... today. $30+ isn?t cheap for two plates and a bag of pita chips? so I?m glad I can update my review today. Wish I could give 5stars today? I love CAVA, they?ve got delicious and healthy food- except it seems that ordering on the app or possibly thisRockville location means you?ll have a smaller bowl than usual. First time having CAVA ever and I regret ignoring this franchise. I ordered the Lemon Chicken and you don?t even have to think... about it they will add all the ingredients. I got extra dressing. Omg it was really good. I?m gonna go back next time. Read more
Not the best experience with this location. Cava has great quality of food but this location is not good with customer service.... The food servers are rude and impatient with some customers ( I experienced this myself). First of all not everyone is familiarwith the food choices available and the workers are just rude about asking you what you want instead of taking you throughpolitely. I was very puzzled as to why all the people serving customers had an attitude. Next, the portions are ridiculouslysmall, for the price I wasn't pleased at all. I had to get extras on most things!! (which I didn't have to do) if the portionswere reasonable. Finally, the food wasn't warm and the way the workers were handling the food was just dirty in my opinion(tongs falling in food and using them again to serve customers food is crazy!!). Not particularly pleased with my experience today. They didn?t open the doors at the opening time and everyone was huddled and... sitting down eating (the employees). Then when they opened the doors everyone seemed unorganized and unprepared to start servingcustomers. However, the most frustrating part was that they portion they seemed to give me was ridiculous. When I asked at theend of the line about the portions getting smaller, she told me that the ?bowls got larger.? When I looked over to my left theportion of the person behind me didn?t seem nearly as scarce. That is really not cool to shortchange a customer and they arepaying the food. Then when the customer kindly reaches out to correct this issue, not address it. I showed me coworker to makesure I wasn?t exaggerating and then show my partner a photo and I got two confirmations that the portion provided was extremelysmaller than us usual. I won?t be going to this CaVa more and if the issue continues later on at other locations I simply won?tbe enjoying food at these establishments any longer. It brings me comfort to see other people complaining on this same issue.Hopefully management will recognize and rectify this issue, because customer loss could be a potential ramification. Read more
Cava is delicious ????. They have more options for proteins, greens and toppings.
The best of all is that you can ask them to prepare your bowl just the way you like it. The hummus is exquisite. My favorite... side is the roasted vegetables. They are crispy and very tasty. CAVA Rockville's staff is very friendly and the restaurant isalways very clean. This place is an excellent option to eat healthy and in a pleasant environment. Read more
