Ordered some bowls online for curbside pickup @ 8:45pm, got a call 5 mins later from Brianna saying they don?t have any hot food... left because it?s now 8:50pm and she didn?t think anyone else would order? so she offered cold food that was left or a refundback. Now it is almost 9pm and all the other comparable food places are closed and I?m stuck with no food. Maybe you guys shouldchange your hours to 8:45pm if you?re not willing to serve your full menu until your closing time? Won?t be coming back to thislocation anytime soon. Read more

Employees are so inundated with online orders pouring in that they can?t check accuracy of their walk-in orders. Tonight I... ordered a Chinese Chicken with cauliflower rice. Out of cauliflower rice?salad was already being prepared so I substituted inanother ingredient. No big deal. Then the chicken was left out of it and I didn?t realize until the first few bites of a verybland salad. Totally not what I ordered and yet I left tip because I felt bad how busy they were. Ordered online for curbside. ???????? Received text saying order was ready, pulled curbside and no one came out. I go inside to... pick up area and wait 10-15 mins for my "ready" order. When it was finally ready, I returned to work only to discover the saladwas prepared incorrectly. ???????? I just got a salad here and the portion sizes have gone WAY down. The salads used to be huge and the containers would be filled... to the very top, but now the salads are only BARELY 2/3s of the way full, maybe even less. For a $15 salad this is verydisappointing. I've noticed this is the case at the Wildwood location too, so I suspect Chopt directed its employees to useless ingredients per salad to cut down on costs and increase profit. Read more
