I had nor been here in a year or so and wasn't pleasantly surprised we only had to wait maybe 10 mins on a Sunday morning. Food... was pretty and waitress was nice. The only complaint I really have is that when ordering drinks I also order grits intending toeat as sort if an appetizers. My kids food had come and still no grits so I ended up ordering a meal. I received my meal andfinally the grits came after I had finished the meal. Maybe the order got lost in the shuffle who knows things happen. I woulddefinitely go there again. Read more

The staff really tries hard but unfortunately it's an IHOP and corporate doesn't seem to care along with whoever owns this... location doesn't seem to care either as it looks completely outdated and falling apart. If it's corporate owned and not afranchise then it's shameful that it's kept in such a dilapidated state and if it is a franchise then the owner is just lousyslob that has no respect for his business. Other than that the staff usually is pretty good and it's mediocre breakfast food bychain restaurant so going in with low expectations is the best option to not be overwhelmingly disappointed. Was craving breakfast food after a long gym session. Created my own omelette and side of pancakes. The chef was extraordinary!... The size of the omelette was huge! I could barely finish it. It was excellent! Every bite was delicious. The ham and bacon werea marvelous combination in the omelette. The cheese was melted awesomeness. Can't wait to go again. Worth every penny. Read more

Called to see wait times and he said ?many people?? okay? So 20 minutes, 30 minutes? And he said about 20. I asked make a... reservation since we were going to be there in 30 and he said no. Okay so you expect us to drive there, then wait when we coulddrive and then be seated. When we got here there were over 50 people! And an hour wait! We were IGNORED. Stood there at the deskto get our name on a waiting list for 10 minutes, then someone else walked in and they looked past us and helped himimmediately. My husband spoke up to let them know we need to be added to the wait list and she said ?hold on? and walked away?..we just left after that. Read more

Not really a fan of IHOP. But I wanted bacon. Wrong place for that lol. But everything was actually decent. Our server was cool.... For whatever reason the eggs were great for it to be those liquid eggs scrambled up. Read more

I was immediately taken in to sit inside of the restaurant. Waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu. I noticed great... decorations all around the place. Employees seemed to interact positively. They all maintained the mask. My party took the maskoff after receiving food. Food was at a reasonable cost! I really felt like family. Thanks! Read more

Received warm welcome upon walk-in. Waited a few minutes after the previous table seated. We sat at a booth by the window, and... no others within one table spaces. Brenda was very patient and professional. Drinks came promptly. Both chocolate milkshake andstrawberry milkshake were well made and prepared. The double pancakes were warm and soft. They were great with both butter andsyrup on top. Classic Steakburger was a big stack. Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich was really crispy outside and tenderinside. Read more

I hopped back to IHOP today. Boy, we were glad that we did. They have my favorite dish, Eggs Benedict, back which I did not... order because I wanted to order the Breakfast Sampler with a side order of grits to see if they were still cooked to perfection. And, they were! To my surprise, for the first time in 7 years I felt like drinking coffee. Move over McDonalds you need to learnhow to brew coffee. From the kitchen to the dining room, the staff complimented each other. Our waitress, Yajaira, made us feelat home. Thank you IHOP. I will be back for the Eggs Benedict. * * * * I hop, you hop, we all hop to IHOP. What a wonderfulmeal we had today. Although they took my favorite dish off the menu, Eggs Benedict, I forgive them. I ordered grits and theBreakfast Sampler. The grits were smoooth and hot temperature wise. Perfection. Like it?s name the Breakfast Sampler had alittle bit of everything, e.g., eggs, hash browns (which were delicious), bacon, sausage links, ham, pancakes - everything waspiping hot and scrumptious. Our waiter, Tommy, was very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of. We were impressed whenTommy brought our order to us balanced on his arm - what a real talent. Don?t sell IHOP short; they offer good food and service.I hopped all the way back to DC. Thank you Chef, your staff and don?t forget the dishwashers who help make sure everything issanitized. Thank you IHOP for recognizing seniors and children. It goes a long way. Read more
