Went here for the first time and was excited to try it but was very disappointed. the customer service is terrible and the... employees are just overall rude. my boyfriend had ordered a steak egg and cheese and looked at his sandwich before he ate causehe had a bad feeling and when we checked the steak it was green/blue. when he took it back they said it was normal and to proveit to him the cashier ate it in front of him and said it tasted fine. the hashbrowns were horrible as well. Went for a quick pickup before my meeting. The guy behind the counter forgets to put in my order . After waiting in a tight area... with lots of traffic for 20 minutes then he remembers he didn?t put the order through. Now I wouldn?t write this reviews if hedidn?t lie as soon as I asked him did you forget ? He says no I put the order in. He goes in the back and tells the cook toquickly put a bagel together.
