Fast food served SLOWLY, customers complaining about mixed up orders. Where is management to help these overworked employees?
It's worse than you can imagine. The employees need more education, they are rude and the waiting time is beyond acceptable.... Lots of people waiting. I have been waiting for 30 mins when I wrote this review. If we going to wait educate your employees todeal with that. Read more

The service is HORRIBLE! We had to wait for the food for a long time. We ordered 2 sandwich?s and the employee put one. In the... end, we got NONE! The employee kept on talking to a person. I said I wasn't ready at the window and every 30 seconds was asked if I was ready yet in a "fed up" tone. I should have left... after that. I attempted to order and was told they have no fountain drinks but they do have sweet or unsweetened tea (both withcaffiene). Apparently if you order a meal that comes with a drink while they are out of all fountain drinks, there is no way youcan get a substitution for the drink. You can just pay for the drink and not get one though - as the rude cashier pointed out byreplying "nah" when I asked. Not an extra biscuit, nothing. They couldn't have done more to dissuade me from wanting to make apurchase or ever return. Don't waste your time coming here. Read more
