Delicious food, very ample portions - even for appetizers, courteous staff
First time here but have heard a lot of good things. Service was great and the ambiance was nice-homey, comfortable and feel... upscale. AC was on pretty hard or else I think it would have been a perfect environment to eat in. Food was great. CapelliniAdriatico was very tasty with good portion of seafood. We also ordered fried zucchini and it came pipping hot. My slightcomplaint with all the food was it all had a bit of kick to it. While it is tasty, I can see those who cannot tolerate spicescrying. I'm so disappointed. I have always had great experiences here but Friday I ordered a pizza. The website did state that the price... was higher due to the ingredients being priced higher. I'm okay with spending a bit more for quality but the pizza barely hadany toppings. The. To top it off, there is one person checking out and someone cuts in front of the line (4 people waiting atthat point) and when I say something, I'm informed that it's okay he works there. Sorry but it's not okay as the individualbehind the counter still had to stop helping us in like and get his pizzas for delivery. I won't be going back as there are toomany other Italian restaurants and pizza places in the area. Read more
Very delicious pizza, the toppings were fresh and alot.half vegetables and cheese and mushrooms.best pizza I've had in a while.... Shrimp linguine outstanding. And the spaghetti was outstanding. Along with garlic bread and dipping sauce. Great service. Wellworth your money. Read more
Portion was pretty good for the price. The wait time was decent and the wait staff was really kind. However, the food didn?t... have much flavor unfortunately. I found it really bland and the meatballs to have an u expected texture. The sauce for thespaghetti and meatballs was really wet. Tasted better once you let it sit and thicken and put some black and red pepper. Itwouldn?t be a place I would choose to eat again, but I am also not upset for spending my money here this time. A place that serves decent Italian food. The prices are a bit high compared to normal restaurants as with all Italian places in... general. They have free toast bread that?s really tasty. I got the chicken Frances. It looked great and tastes like chickenfried in a coating of egg omelette. If you like egg, you will probably love it. Note: try to get lunch portion as dinnerportion is more expensive. Read more
Ok food, customer service.... can be better. I'm rating 3 stars to this restaurant because in my opinion the food is ok, is not... great. Last time I went I ask for a pasta that comes with wine souce and it was ok. Fried calamari is like I'm eating cardboard,I tried this calamaris again because the first time I didn't feel any flavor, and the texture was so ugh!! Second time it wasthe same. So in my opinion, fried calamari in here... not good. On the other side, the portions are really big. Every time I go,I have left over for next day. Chicken wings are good, Caesar salad is good. Customer service, the very first time we went Iremember this lady who is not a waitress anymore, she was so attentive and so nice with us. Last time we went, tha girl whoattend us, she was nice but at the end it almost look like she didn't want us in there anymore. We ask for a tiramisu and for acannoli and her answer was... ohh you also want dessert, so because of that reaction on her I order coffee. We were celebratingmy husband so I didn't want this to ruin our family dinner. I'm general, I see that the waitress In there are young and don'thave good customer skills. 3rd Visit in a 7 months period. Party of four. While restaurant seemed to in about 30% occupancy around 8.40 pm... Saturday. Started with a host who was not patient enough of enquiries. ( Not certain if the reply on this thread is going tobe ?we are under-staffed? , because I do-not see any occupancy limitation alerts due to limited staffing.but here is arecommendation. If this specific restaurant is understaffed,they should limit the occupancy ) Well lit casual dinner ambience.Well decorated dining space with a fine view of most of the hot kitchen. Seating is very comfortable and not much of wait to beseated or attended. Although the Host wasn?t patient enough respond to questions. When asked about pastry looking food displayedat a counter next to the host table, she turned and looked at the person and replied with sarcasm , ?It is a?. Stromboli? whilenot patient enough to explain the availability , contents or pricing. It was unorthodox that a well displayed item that caughtour attention and we were turned down with poor treatment. Host gave us our table of choice. In about few seconds our waitressappeared. And she seem to be irritated at first ( understand the restaurant has been busy on a Saturday evening, not sure why apaying customer has to make sacrifices on a restaurant experience due to inefficient restaurant planing )She gave our menus andcame back for our orders. Did mot enquire about allergies or requirements ,No soup of the day, didn?t care to offerrecommendations, while taking orders she seemed annoyed and impatiently repeated Next! , Next!, Next! to each of us after everyperson!!!! Not sure if it is a tradition in this side of the country but certainly a new experience for me. Hopefully themanagement will come up with something more creative and less offensive.
