This McDonald's has very poor customer service. The wait is always extreamly long in the drive through line and going inside to... order is just as bad. Yesterday, I ordered fruit and maple oatmeal (As I do everyday); I discovered the apple portion of my fruit were rotten. So, I... threw them away. Therefore, today, I brought to the cashier attention want of happened on the previous day and I expecting toreceive a better outcome for my fruit replacement. This is the worst McDonald's in the area. They don't toast the breakfast English muffin buns, the sandwiches come out cold and... don't taste good with a cold English Muffin. The ice is disgusting, tastes like nobody has cleaned the machines or the waterlines in many years. They turn off the mobile app an hour before they close. I'll drive to the other location on Frederick Rd.because this place is far below average. PS The ice coffee always tastes very bitter here as well. They badly need some newmanagement here. Read more
The manager Maria deliberately starting sweeping floor while I ate. Dust was flying around. I asked her kindly to stop sweeping... around my food she would not.
