I was there today. I skipped lunch and around 5 pm ordered as lunch and dinner together. I was really so hungry and felt lucky... since there were no other customer ordered before/after me. Even there was no other custome ordered dine in except me , I waitedalmost 30 minutes . Then they realized and put my order in line. It means waiting maybe another 15 minutes??. They justfocused on take out ordereds. I got my money back and left. I will never go to this branch again. Will try Kentland. Read more
They false advertise on here and their mobile app. It says curbside pickup but when you get there and call them, rude lady at... the counter, pick up the phone and say they don?t do curbside pickup. Also when you go in you have to grab your own drinks theydon?t have it ready to go for you. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. Not one person working there smiled at anyonenot even once. Very very awkward staff they just working like robots emotionless can?t even acknowledge the customer or say asimple thank you. I went to get my food and they told me to go grab my drink from where people place orders and there?s a crowdover there. So I had to cut through people or wait for them to order their food. Unfortunately this location is run very poorly, I found hair in my food twice. The people preparing the food had very poor... hygiene and were not wearing gloves. They also expect a tip for carry out orders which is fine but the poor service doesn'tdeserve a tip, the cashier spends too much time on her cellphone and made me wait an additional 10 minutes before handing me myfood even though it was sitting on the counter. Maybe management should pay their employees more so they dont seem like they'restarving for a tip and provide some food prep training so they don't let a plate leave their kitchen with hair in it. Let me start by saying the food is really good. However, it is also quite pricey, which is not really justified by the amount of... food, or the quality. I mean, $60 for 3 people to have a paper napkin lunch from a pick up window? Some of the table are not asclean as they should be, with crumbs and cup runs still visible. Walk in on a Sunday@11:30am as they don?t take calls until noon. Level up or credit card doesn?t work or and had to pay by... cash. Went to Safeway to pick up some stuff after more than 20minutes, my order wasn?t even ready when I got back. Willdefinitely not come back. Loyal customer of the one on Wisconsin Ave though. Read more
Long wait for the food. They said 15 min, but we waited more like 30 minutes. They weren?t that busy, so I?m not sure why it... took so long. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken was somewhat flavorful, and the beef was alright. I got the Moby combo#2. The rice was greasy though, and the yogurt was a bit more sour that it should have, almost as if it had gone wrong somehow.There are definitely better kabob restaurants in the area. Read more
Came for a late dinner just before 9 pm. Lots of customers and staff were friendly and ready to cook! I ordered the chicken... kabob on salad which comes with a half pita and some white salad dressing (yogurt cucumber sauce ... yum). The chicken wasoutstanding with just the right amount of seasonings and it was cooked just right ... it was juicy and delicious! The saladcomes with ample lettuce, along with (excellent) Kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato and feta. I asked for another half pita and Iwatched them bake in the stone oven right in front of me. It was warm and amazingly good. I will come back again to try moreitems on the menu! Went back for lamb and chicken combo... more of a good thing. Drove 20 mins on Sunday evening to get there at 8:34. Website and store signage say they close at 9:00 pm. When I get to the... counter I?m told ?we?re already closed.? When I pointed out the sign said 9:00 they said ?no we close at 8:30? Once againcustomer service at its worst. They either lied or need to change their posted hours. Read more
