This is a nice change from the normal national chain options that everyone knows about. The vibe inside is very relaxed. No... fancy decor or complex menu items here; just good oven fired pizza, and fresh salads. You can choose a signature pizza or buildyour own here which I love and they even have gluten free and cauliflower crusts as an option for those with special dietaryneeds. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly. They also have a rewards program for those who are interested. I hadthe Tristan pizza on a cauliflower crust which had a nice char from the oven and added on a couple of toppings. You can tastehow fresh the ingredients are which makes a world of difference! Excellent customizable 11" pizza. It's like chipotle style, but with pizza. Unlimited toppings + sauces.
First, this is an excellent pizza/salad place. It gets a 4 by default. The quality of ingredients at all MOD locations is... excellent. The service at this location can be improved though. An example I noticed is that salads aren't made/tossed in themetal bowls like they are at the corporate Seattle area locations. I do hope MOD finally make their way into DC proper. Very modern pizza place. Any amount of toppings can be put on. Staff was friendly and fast. Took only 10 mins from the start of... the prder to deliver. They also support findraisers. So cheers to that. Very clean and modern inside. You can creat your ownwith your choice. Taste is depend on what you put in there. Read more

This is my new to go place to order pizza from! Thin and light pizza that does not make you feel guilty after you?ve eaten the... whole thing. You can also ask for thicker crust if needed. Staff is super friendly and made sure I was explained how to createmy own as a first time customer! Create your pizza from scratch and add your favorite ingredients! I love the MOD pizza, but this location is a disappointment. It seems to be short staffed so the app time for pick up needed an... additional 15 minutes as upon arrival, my pizza was not yet made. For the next quarter of an hour I would see this: The cookthrown my pizza together. Because it was so haphazardly done, a good quarter of my pizza had no toppings at all. He used a ragto wipe up a spot, and proceeded to again put his hands in toppings, boxes, using the paddle, etc. As his hands were so filthy,when he handed my box, his fingers left greasy fingerprints on the box. He topped off this disappointing experience by notgiving me the sauce I asked. In all of this time, I remind you again that he never cleaned his hands or washed them in away. Iwill most definitely not return to this location, and if you are looking to try MOD Pizza for the first time, you should not gohere either. Read more
