I went during customer appreciation week ($6 dollar large one topping pizzas). They were swamped with orders but maintained... professionalism, composure, and very polite customer service. They allowed fresh mozzarella for the topping even though it ispriced in the premium tier. The pizza was truly amazing when I finally got to try it at home. Perfect chewy crust, good amountof sauce, excellent cheese. The garden salad with house dressing, was crisp and fresh as well! Read more
I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. They do not even deserve 1 star! We ordered food 1 hour and 40 minutes ago... and it still has not arrived! If this restaurant wants to make things right they should refund our $$. Then maybe I will usetheir services again! Read more
Gotta love the authentic and legitimate hand tossed pizzas? I can't say enough positive things about the food and the staff that... I've encountered during my repeated visits to Paisanos. Worst pizza ever. I got the wrong size and they blamed me because I ordered through a third party- THEY confirmed the order;... therefore it was their fault. Horrible customer service and they didn't offer me anything after they messed my order up. Don'torder here, the pizza is dry, stale, not enough sauce, and RUDE service. Don't order here, there's so many other chains aroundthis area that are far better. Trash. Read more
Ordered twice garlic knots from here this week, first time they were over cooked and garlic sauce was tasting terrible, called... next day morning they said they issued store credit on my phone number which I tried to used that same day at night and Icouldn?t use it, came to the store to pick up a ham calzone I ordered online and spoke with cashier who agreed to replace garlicknots from last night, after telling her to don?t overcooked the knots and to don?t used that same terrible garlic sauce, when Iarrived home to eat the food I had the same issue with the garlic knots. I?m very disappointed of this location after tryingthem for some times with the pizza which I didn?t like it because the cheese taste is very bad, the garlic knots are tasting badevery day. I used to live in NYC and they said they have NY pizza taste but that?s not even close to a cheap NYC pizza taste. Very good and my pizza always comes on time if not early. I asked them not to bake the pizza too much since I prefer the crust... soft (assuming they probably couldn't but doesn't hurt to ask) and they actually did! Very convenient that I can order for thenext day. Read more
