We've catered here a few times and they are always helpful and they always have all the food ready on time.
Personally I avoid this location as much as I can. It?s good service but their chicken sandwiches are ridiculous. It?s not just... every few times it?s literally EVERY time I go here. THEY MAKE BALLS OF CHICKEN short and super fat sandwiches, trust me it?sworth the extra 10 minutes to a different location. Read more
I love Popeye's chicken but not this location. The staff is generally friendly and efficient. The problems are probably due to... management decisions. The store closes at 10:00 but if you go after 7 or 8, it's hit or miss if they will have chicken ready.We have stood around waiting many times. The surly manager got into it with my husband once over something stupid. The kicker: they subbed chicken backs for thighs in my order last week. I ordered an 8 piece box and ended up with 4 backs*. I was too madand tired to go back and argue. *I know for sure that those were chicken backs because I am an experienced cook. Also, it'shard to miss the spine and lack of meat on the bone. Read more
Smooth transactions and deliciously hot food. The biscuits are freshly baked and not dry. This was the smoothest transaction... I've ever had at a Popeyes and I highly recommend coming to this one. The staff were courteous and friendly. The chicken was hotand perfectly crispy. Read more

Well. I understand the excitement now. The chicken sandwich...there's no competition. Popeyes wins the taste. Crunchy, tender... inside, spicy flavor is just right. Delicious. Can't show sandwich, ate it faster than the camera flash. Read more
Got the new fried chicken sandwich from here and it was amazing. Haven't been to Popeyes in years but it was so worth it. Great... job! Super flakey, huge piece of chicken breast, yummy bun. It was 10/10 My only complaint was that out of 6 sandwiches, wedidn't know which ones were spicy or regular since the bags weren't marked. Read more
Ordered the family special tonight for $32.00, but the manager failed to tell met about the weekly special for the same thing... for $22.00 minus one piece of chicken. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. I won't go there anymore. This time when Iordered I asked to substitute another side for the biscuits that I never eat. The young lady (cashier) told me that she couldn'tsubstitute anything for the biscuits because it was a special, $29.99, family meal. That didn't make sense at all. I always askto substitute a another side for the biscuits and no one has ever objected to my request. Food is Food and $29.00 is a lot ofmoney for poor customer service. I won't be coming here again.
