In person the service is great and I like the food at this Popeye?s but every time I order from here through Uber Eats the order... is ALWAYS wrong. I order an iced tea I?ll get a sprite. The low ratings and complaints around the charge for sauce is outrageous. It?s not the staff?s fault. They are hard working and... the food is always deliciously & hot. The gentleman who wear a diff color shirt (assuming the manager) is very pleasant evenwhen he is dealing with needy customers. If I ever hesitate to stop at this location it is not because of the staff it wouldbe me not having the energy to witness customers run this staff ragged. Read more
Tonight was my first time trying this location for to go order. I was with my little son, and we could feel the welcoming... attitude from employees over the counter though they were very busy. Especially this particular employee who I am guessingHispanic gentleman. He acknowledged us from early on and treated us so well. He made sure to make my little boy comfortable,gave us warm smiles and made sure we got a correct order. I appreciated his caring attitude and respectful manners. I would loveto go back again soon!
