Really good burgers!!! The sear and seasoning on the burgers really set them apart. Lots of gourmet toppings and specialty... burgers. I recommend the Colorado burger. Chicken sandwiches available, and they have salads too. The ?Smash? fries/tots(seasoned with rosemary & garlic) are worth it, as are the crispy fried brussel sprouts and haystack fried onions. Let's be real. Burger are solid and good but not groundbreaking. Fries are really good compared to that some restaurants in this... area offer as fries. That means, you cannot do anything wrong going to this place. Staff is superfriendly. Kudos to RegisterJohn for his unbelievable kindness every single day to every single customer. Hey, it wasn't too bad. This location had a nice clean interior with some okay service. The burger itself was pretty good but I... just wish they'd give more fries for the price. I opted for the large fries(paid like 5 bucks for 'em)and I ended up getting thesame amount as my friends who got the medium(like $2 less). It was a bit disappointing but oh well. We were told there'd be a 20 min wait for just burgers and fries... me and my kids were hungry why not, so a good amount of us... in the restaurant proceeded to wait... I myself had to wait 30 min for me and my children's food....others waited even longer...food wasn't bad tho unacceptable amount of time to wait ... even as I left several people were asking me how long I had to waitand how displeased they were with there times as well... I was craving a burger and they definitely delivered ! I?ve passed this place many times but today I decided it was time to try... it ! I ordered the double avocado bacon burger and it knocked it out of the park for me! I?m not huge on burgers and this onehas for made an impression. Great customer service. Especially from the guy at the register. Food is mediocre at best and over priced. No way two kids... tenders, fries and drink is almost $8. The burger was small and did not have that much flavor. Too much bread for the actualpatty. Read more
Wasn't busy when I went in. There was as always no parking in front. The guy behind the counter took awhile to acknowledge us.... Then seemed to have no idea what he was doing and had to keep lraving the register to ask the cook. He informed us that"regular fries were out like 6 hours ago". Surprisingly for a burger shop, but the smash fries and sweet fries were in stock. I ordered no tomatoes on my burger,y wife did not but her burger had no tomatoes on the order, and both had no smash sauce. Thestore was dirty with food and trash. When I go my food I realized he had not asked if I wanted to eat in or take away. But bythat time I just wanted to leave. They called my name and my food was bagged in to bags. I asked about my milkshake and wastold he would make it. Still waiting as I watch my ice cream melt. There is not enough employees for the amount of people thatcame in I guess. The cashier is supposed to make the milkshake. Edit: I asked about my milkshake shake after waiting awhile. Iwas told "he's in charge of making it, not me" not great customer service.
