This has become my family?s favorite Starbucks in the world. The staff is super friendly and this has made us regulars. We get... consistently great service every time visit the shop?. so much that we find ourselves driving the distance just for theimpeccable service. This location has very limited street parking unless you can find a spot in the garage which only has a few visitor spots. So, I... only go here when there's someone in the car with me that can run in and pickup. And I mobile order so it's waiting. Drinkshave been good. Consistent. Although we did put in an order for something we saw on TikTok the other day. Turned out OK. Baristamentioned to my niece they haven't tried it yet but will. I'll still go to this location, but again... Must have someone withme to run in and pickup and mobile order only! Read more

If you're driving, AVOID this location. Nothing bad about the workers just that this location is awful if you're looking for a... super quick stop. There's absolutely no parking, at least every time that I've gone. Unless you want to idle, put on yourhazards, and illegally stop in the road to pick up your drink...then there's no fast, convenient place for a a conscientiousperson to park. There is parallel parking, it's just always full. I always have to park across the street at the school lotand wait for the pedestrian signals or jaywalk. 3 times, I've come here attempting to make a quick pitstop. I had a terrible start to my day I was running late leaving out the house so I didn?t have time to make coffee. So i decide to... pick up coffee by my job. I placed my order online so all I had to do was run in. I wanted inside for about 4 mins until Idecided to look at my phone to make sure I placed the order. I had placed the order but it was for the wrong Starbucks. I wentto front counter and let them. They said they couldn?t do anything about that I would have to call the 1-800 number.so I leftout because i was now 10 minutes late for work. I called the other Starbucks that I had placed my order for and the manageranswer and I let them know what?s going on. He told that they should have been able to make my order because they have the samesystem. And off of the fact I showed them my mobile order on my phone. I called the Gramercy store to speak with the manager butno one answered the phone and I called 3 times. I end up calling the corporate number and they said the same thing that theyshould have just made the order. Overall very disappointing. Let just a terrible taste in my mouth. Read more

Store is listed to be closed 8:30pm, so supposedly, like other stores, should still provide service before 8:30pm. *However,... starting 8:15pm, a lady used poor attitude to make me leave. I knew I can leave before 8:30pm because that is incorporated intomy plan of arriving at my destination in time. I indeed got out the door before 8:30pm. *This lady, however, came out of thedoor THREATENING me to not make my drink next time. Starbucks is known for good service and good work / meetingenvironment. *in contrast, this lady abandoned the Starbucks values. I ordered my drink hours before closing. After finishingmy drink, I was only using the space as the only customer in store. I made sure to keep the space clean and even help them wipetable and chair. Therefore, I didn?t even need the lady to provide service. Very disappointed as a customer who supported yourbusiness and purchased your overpriced products at least 4 days per week. I agree with another reviewer: Reza is wonderful. Incontrast, this lady is the opposite of most Starbucks staff, even more disappointing than some other staff at this location (whoare still understandable). Staff here frequently have poor attitude but I still helped them with their business because Ibelieve in Giving. This time, this lady?s horrendous attitude and threat are very disappointing. Monday evening seems to ashift of this lady. Not sure whether commission is a part of their pay, but I recommend not coming here during this time toavoid customer experience below market standard. The service was great, the interior design was really nice, and the food and drinks are as good as any other location's. So... overall, I was happy with what I got! Plus, there was a super comfy chair that I sat in for a moment while waiting for my orderand,,, wow. It was so comfy. The one problem is probably parking on busy days, but I can deal. Read more
