Went to pick up my mobile order and the guy told me in a rude tone that the system is not working and they can?t see the mobile... orders. However they did charge for it and I would have expected they make it on the spot or refund. However the dude was on nomood to deal with customers whatsoever and literally ignored me. I was on my way to the airport and stopped at this Starbucks beforehand, without realizing that I had ordered my coffees to the... wrong location! Raquel and Nadia were so kind and helpful- I showed them my order and they immediately rushed to make all threecoffees. They were extremely sweet, accommodating, and quick. Generally I want to give 5 stars to its staff, they are so nice and friendly. However here & there your order wont be as good... due to the morning rush hour. So you either will take it and leave or ask staff to remake it but will cost you another 10-15minutes. Other than that it is typical Starbucks. Read more
