Excellent service and helpful for deaf persons!
Seating area inside and outside, knowledgeable and helpful batistas, clean restroom, OK wifi. Place is usually not to busy.
I ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app & waited to go in at my designated time. 1 drink was ready. The barista did not know how to... make a London Fog Latte, she offered to put cold lemonade in it! Then, 20 mins later she poured cold heavy cream into the cup &handed to me. It took 5 calls & when they answered they would not credit me back for the wrong drink bc they were too busy.Worst experience at SBX ever! Worst store!!! Read more

Great service. I placed two separate mobile orders and the staff there and them ready in less than 10 minuets. Store was not... super busy with maybe 3-4 other people inside all wearing masks. You have to walk up to the counter for mobile orders and askone of the baristas to hand you your order because they do not have a place mate with them set out. Read more
