I go to this Starbucks ONLY because I leave in the neighborhood and is convenient. I give it 1 stars some of the workers are... very rude and not helpful at all. They?re also not well informed about their inventory. Some of the evening workers have a badattitude and get agitated over little things. I ask for a Starbucks paper bag and without even checking to see if she had one,she claimed she didn?t. Another time she was there alone, and another employee came in to release her. She rushed out of thestore without even telling the other barista the items they were out of. He had to refund my money back because they were out ofsome ingredients for two drinks I wanted. I would love to have a stand-alone Starbucks in the plaza maybe they would providebetter service. They need to train workers in customer service skills and how to do the drinks well. The ice teas are supposedto be shaken and then place in the cup not just pore the tea and ice. PLEASE PROVIDE TRAINING. Read more
I gave this place 5 stars because couple of workers are nice here; However, whoever worked here on April 3rd from 3pm to 4pm had... a bad attitude and visibly got agitated over little things. She ran out of whipped cream, offered sweet cream and gave the drinkwith no thank you or eye contact. Also it took a long time to make this one drink and there were no other customers. The Safeway worker in this "Starbucks" are doing their best but there need to be way more staff to meet the demand. It's very... slow. If you are looking for a quick coffee go elsewhere. Read more

A worker by the name of J.P. firstly served me a cold "Hot Coffee" and when I respectfully asked for a new one the coffee... spilled all over my hand as he snatched it, mumbling something, and when I received the coffee back it was the hottest coffeeI've ever had, burning my mouth. He did this abruptly on purpose and I did want to speak to the manager but he did not hear mewith his ear buds in his ears which I find really disturbing. Read more
Stopped in to order a caramel frappuccino and the cashier couldn't find it on cash register and after being patient for about 5... minutes I changed my order and then was told they don't honor the free birthday drink. I've been here multiple times and I won'tbe coming back again. Will now go out of my way to get my Starbucks at another location... Read more
I am convinced this is the slowest Starbucks in the city! If you are in a time crunch take the extra time to go to a different... location and it will still be faster. You have been warned. Read more
