Short version: Smoothie? No. Sandwich? Sure. Full version: My family ordered a few combos. The sandwiches are just fine.... They're cooked decently and they're prepared well. Definitely photo-worthy and they will satisfy. The smoothies are water. Thebase is quite literally water. They blend frozen fruit and water; Water. Please do yourself a favor, overlook this location,and go to somewhere else for smoothies. There's a chain smoothie place just two miles up the road, there's a locally ownedchain just in the plaza next door. You're not missing anything. You're quite literally saving yourself. I asked the smoothie guy if he could make my smoothie less sweet, to which he replied "I can try. We don't really do sweetness... levels. We follow a recipe". Says I, "Is there sugar in the recipe?". "Yes" says smoothie guy. Asks I, "Could you add lesssugar?". At that point he sorta stared at me blankly like I was proposing rocket science or something. Not surprisingly, thesmoothie came out too sweet. My visit to this place made me think the COVID school closures may have had a greater deleteriousimpact on education than I'd initially assumed. Probably the worst smoothie I?ve ever had. It tastes like it was made from frozen strawberry juice ice cubes instead of real... fruit. Can?t understand how it?s possible for a smoothie to taste so flavorless. Price wasn?t cheap, either. Read more
