Not sure what happened to this place since covid hit but they have pest and sanitation issues. I went two days ago around late... afternoon and couldn't help but notice mosquitos flying around the tables and THIS HUGE FLY INSECT IN MY BOWL (see photos). Whenwe alerted staff about it they were really apathetic and said they'd speak with the manager and took the bowl away. Afterseveral minutes they came back with the check with 30% off and mumbled a quick sorry. Like what??? I mean yes, I lost myappetite at that point from finding the fly but they were so dismissive with just providing us the check, indirectly telling usto leave. Awful experience, imo. Go elsewhere for your hotpot cravings. Read more

Went here for hotpot on a Sunday. Arrived early afternoon and were easily seated for a party of 5. It does get busy and there... was a wait when we were leaving. It was about 45 dollars per person with a drink not including tip or any premium items. Thereare ipads at each table that u order from as well as a rotating belt that contains many of the veggie items. Its hot pot so ienjoyed it but its not something u can eat often because of the oiliness of the broth. Read more

Good Variety of soup base, meats, sauces, seafood and veggies...personal hotpot, fresh meat, even the deserts are very good. ... All you can eat, for lunch is $20.99, some drinks are extra, the Thai tea here is so good, and reasonable price! Coconut sagois excellent after so much meats! Love the sauce station, so many choices, just mix your own favorite! Updated on8/15/2022: Now the lunch price is $24.99 and dinner price is $34.99, but still a good deal. We went during summer again, not somany people, so no reservation needed. This time, we sat at the center station, it was really fun since we can just grab thedish directly. Read more

The place was fancy, modern, and all you cam eat. The selection of food is ok, but the quality is not at expected, some items... are worse than others, but the premium meats are good. So how to eat here... Skip all the filler, vegetables, cold appetizers, rice, niodle, everything, go striaght for the meats and forget everything else. There is little to no reason go eat anythingelse but straight meat to get your moneys worth. The ice cream was absolutely terrible, it tasted like watery soft ice creamthat feelsl ike they used water than milk, its weird and hard to explain, just cheap ice cream... The sauces are great though~ Read more

The make your own sauce bar is where it’s at ???? by using the tablet to order essentially whatever we want, we got at least... three plates of meat and we were able to change out the soup flavor because we got one a little too spicy. The deserts are worthit too ???? will I come back? Yes, yes I will. Read more

I am someone who goes to a lot of restaurants and out of all the restaurants I’ve been to, Urban Hot Pot is my all time... favorite. Everything on the menu is delicious and ordering on the iPads is very convenient. All of the orders come out promptlyand all of the employees are very kind. I’ve been here many times and I always have a great time. The hot pot is all you caneat so my stomach is always bursting by the time I’m done eating. Read more

Delish! Had lunch this Saturday (well today) with my parents and we all enjoyed it! First time hot potters! Weekend does dinner... price all day, and it isn't a cheap meal ($33, after tip and all my total was $43ish) but honestly it isn't too bad for thearea, atmosphere, and the fact it's all you can eat seafood (my dad was throwing back that shrimp like no one's business haha).Such a variety of meats and veggies to choose from. Huge collection of sauces in the sauce bar and an ice cream machine plusother desserts all included in the price. Even nice meats like lamb, nice beef, and crabs are included. We arrived around 2:00on a Saturday I was told it'll be a 45 minute wait but I'll wait ended up really only being about 25ish minutes before we got atext saying they were ready for us. We were just browsing the Valentine's flowers at the Safeway in the same building. Ourwaiter showed us how the whole ordering works from the touch screen (select your soup base, then just tap on all the toppingsthat you want and they will bring them out and they can continually bring them out if you keep ordering them while you eat, normally there is also a conveyor belt but I think with covid they shut that down). They showed us how to use the little stovetops on our table as well. I'm not 100% sure if we use the little bowl and plate they gave us correct but from what I saw justby glancing around you use the big pot of soup for all your cooking and then you use the big spoon to put what you want to eatinto your small little bowl giving you a chance to let it kind of cool off a bit before you bite into it and then you justcontinuously scoop out of your big bowl as you want more. They give you a soup spoon and chopsticks. My parents weren't 100%confident in their chapstick skills so were able to get forks to help with some of the items, just ask. I was fine with justchopsticks, The meats are already chopped up small for you, and the veggies cook down quick. Once your soup gets Read more
