Yesterday I purchased a cup of latte st this location. The lady at the cashier handed me a cup of latte that was heavily diluted... with milk to the proportion that is no longer LATTE but milk with a hint of espresso. It also came with no foam on the top. ANDit was Luke warm like around 30?C. I told her I only drink latte, and the temperature and the flavor of this cup of milk is nolonger anywhere close to LATTE. So she agreed to make another one for me. The 2nd cup was a lot better, although theespresso:milk was still not the right ratio, the temperature was much better, and there was a bit of a foam on the top. Shehanded it to me with an attitude and said, "here is your latte 'EXTRA HOT'." when I got it in my hand, it was extra hot, hutjust about close to the right temperature. And I said, "I didn't ask for extra hot. I just wanted it to be the righttemperature." She ignored me and just walked away. So I thought the manager would care that he has a staff member who issomewhat lack of customer service. I asked to speak to him. When he heard what I had to say, he just kind of bluffed me off andsaid that she probably had a bad day. He didn't even apologize to me for the attitude I got. Don't even mention the cup oflatte that cost more tha starbucks and still did not meet the standard latte in quality and temperature. Right then, I almostfelt like I just wanted to ask for a refund and dump the whole cup of latte. I will not go back to this Panera again. Read more
I like Panera Bred, and if I'm on the way and want to eat, I always stop by. ??I liked this place, everything was prepared very... quickly and how I love hot hot soup and salad. The employees are friendly and the place was clean. Parking is located behindthe building, there are many places. Read more
Always good coffee soups and breads. We had breakfast and egg bacon sandwiches were excellent. The place needs to be cleaned... more, the table tops were dirty and floor full of crumbs at 10am. Read more
Cashiers are amazing! The food quality is great. You can see everyone is hard at work in the kitchen provided the fast and high... quality service. A lady also makes her rounds often making sure the seating area is clean and tidy. Read more
Be careful with the chicken you eat from here, I always order the same sandwich at every Panera and NEVER get chicken that looks... like this. This is horrid. When I called to complain about it, I was told they don?t sell raw chicken. Read more
Had the Autumn Squash Soup from here. It was delicious and perfect for a cold evening. The baguette that came with it was... amazing and delicious. I got the bear claw pastry with almonds for free (when you download the Panera App they give you a treatand you can pick what you want to get) and I enjoyed it. I recommend heating it up for a bit in the microwave for a nice butteryeffect. The wifi was good. There was a lot of seating available. The staff was wonderful. Overall enjoyed the experience andwill be coming back for more. Read more
Always a fan of Panera. This one especially. Always friendly, clean, and efficient. I love the new express ordering system... with the iPads. It's super convenient. This location is good, too. Right in the middle of the biz district of RockvilleCentre. Parking no prob. And you're right in the middle of some really great stores and services. Read more
Wish I could give zero stars but 1 is the least so here goes... this is what happened to my sister today at Rockville Center... Panera. Corporate needs to get involved this is unacceptable! Food is great, drinks are great but customer service is lackingat this location. My rapid pick up orders are never at the designated rapid pick up area and I always have to wait on the lineto get my order. When I finally questioned it, I was told "You weren't waiting that long." And when I asked for his name, hewould not give it. I asked for a manager and he said "Now, you're acting ridiculous. I helped you." And he told me there is nomanager in. I've been to many Panera locations, but this one is the only one I have encountered rude staff in. Will notreturn. Do better Panera! Your staff needs to be trained on how to treat their customers if you intend to have them come back.Too late for us though we will not return! Read more
