placed an order for two icai bowls to be delivered. i even added a $5.00 tip. Uber eats only delivered one icai bowl packed in... a brown paper bag with my name on it. when I called Sobol of Rockville center, they said to deal with Uber eats which wasagravating trying to find a way to contact someone to solve the problem. The option to refund only refunded partial of thecost of one bowl $4.50 instead of $9.85 that cost one acai bowl. i called the place back and the manager doesnt give me anyother solutions. im very dissappinted at Sobol of Rockville Center for not doing my order right in the first place but mostimportantly, not wanting to resolve the problem, and Uber eats for not give a full refund on the item I didnt get. Place looked fine enough, but the fruit was dry and seemed off. I was in the bathroom rest of night. Buyers beware.

I work at a highschool nearby, and all of the kids would tell me about Sobol. I decided to try it and I regret it. When I walked... in I was greeted by a tall bald man, and he was so rude. I came in with my 3 children, Fran (4), Deandre (8), and my oldest June(13, cat/dog). The bald man who had taken my order had refused to serve my oldest because they were wearing furry cat ears. Hesaid ?I won?t serve you, and I don?t respect you?. Finally he did end up serving us. The prices were ridiculous. $12 for an acaibowl that was completely melted and did not look appetizing. While we were eating in the store, the man went into the back and Iheard yelling? These are kids that work here!!! They make mistakes. There is no reason to be yelling at them. When we werewalking out, the man had yelled at us to never come back again (because of my child June who was wearing furry cat ears). Thisis absolutely insane and I won?t tolerate it. I will never go back there and I called Sobol Corp. and they did nothing. Pleasenever come here!!! They are rude and disrespectful. Disgusting. Read more
Wow. From the beginning i?ve had a terrible experience. I walked into the store and was hit with a heat wave. the poor workers... seems miserable and tired. not to mention my bowl cost about $15!!!!!! that?s crazy. the whole management system is terrible andshould we changed. Read more
Smoothie was tasteless. No taste of strawberry or banana. Just milk. It was gross. Went back to get it fixed. She just added... honey. Sadly I figured this place is wack. No costumers or lines. Don?t waste your money. Go to McDonald?s or Starbucks get yousomething yummy. Read more
1st time seeing this an when I say so unprofessional this person needs to be suspend. A guy walked in ask for cup so the worker... gives him a cup he walks away with the cup then comes back an says sorry this cup is to big ???? so the worker then says I havethis one he says yes that?s good.
