Okay! Well I'm just stumped. So far downtown Rockwall has been top notch for food. Bin 303, Wells Cattle, Zanata, and now... Charlie's are amazing. What makes Charlies unique is definitely their style of cooking. You can see and taste some of the Latininspired ingredients in some of their items. I got the Charlie's Burger and I have to say that their sun dried tomatoes wereawesome. It was a great compliment to their burger and can only say that it was a tad too sweet but it hardly impacted theoverall taste of their burger. If you are looking for a burger and beer place look no further than Charlie's. I do alsorecommend tasting Bin 303 and Wells Cattle as each have their own unique taste. Read more
I was blown away. The burger was perfectly done, fries were crispy and the Santa Fe seasoning added just enough heat and salt... to my taste. I've been driving by this place for a couple years, but never had a chance to sit down to eat until today. Itwon't be the last. Read more

We always enjoy ourselves at Charlie?s! It?s got some finger licking tacos and tasty burgers. Our favorites are the fried quail... and the short rib tacos. This restaurant has great atmosphere with a garage windowed walk up bar. Read more
Bought the quail taco. Topped with sweet onion slaw & perfect seasoned fixings . I asked for Frank's hot sauce, I was in the... mood for spicy ????. Very delicious. Chips and salsa were good. Bought the brisket burger which was EXTRA TASTY ???? and a redPinot Noir. Got to try a IPA beer sample. Read more
