I've been to this chick fila a handful of times since moving to rockwall. My experience has been mediocre at best. I kept... telling myself they are just having an off day like any other restaurant. It has been consistently understaffed, incredibly longwait times at the front counter. I've Only seen one register open ever. Food is always cold and the cleanliness is subpar.Coming from managing restaurants for 15 years this should be remedied ASAP. This is hurting the brand name. Read more
It's hard to write a negative review for any Chick-fil-A but since we were not given a survey option we will turn to writing a... review. The inside smelt terrible at the front counter; overpowering mildew smell. Our order was wrong and the young man whobrought our food to us was deliberately rude. We greeted the man and thanked him for bringing the food while he locked eyes withus, glared, ignored any further interaction and walked off. It was odd and we don't understand how our dining experience went sowrong and the interactions were so unlike the establishment's character. Will dine at other Chick-fil-A franchises and forgo theRockwall location. Sad. Read more
Just came to grab a ?quick breakfast? and the supposed drive thru ?cashier? made eye contact with me and didn?t even bother to... take my order at the drive thru. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker, no response. I mean wouldn?t she remember if she took myorder just base in when I pulled into the drive thru. I had to order online while waiting in the drive thru, then pulled up tothe window and told them about the issue just for them to tell me to park. I did not catch their name but the man taking drive-thru orders in the yellow poncho and red bucket hat with glasses was... extremely kind and helpful. Chick-fil-A is probably the best run fast food joint you will ever find. They are always clean on the inside, food is always... quickly served, bathrooms are sanitary and the workers are excellent. With a wide variety of chicken to choose from, you wouldhave to hate chicken to not like it here. I have yet to be in a Chick-fil-A that wasn't nice. Even ones on campus or in mallsare nice. Now since it is so popular don't go here if you want some piece and quiet. There is always going to be a family withkids running around and making noise. But this is a fast food joint not a sit down restaurant. Trust me you will like it here. Read more

This location ALWAYS has alot of traffic. Some of the reps taking orders are better than others. Expect 12 to 14 cars in line to... order after about 11 a.m. Great Food. Read more
