We ordered online and when we opened our bowls one of them looked half empty, they usually give us a good amount of ingredients... but not today. Eventhough the order was correct when I called the restaurant it's automated and there is no way you can speak tomanagement. Instead you get an email to submit your issue and they will call you back. If I could give them ZERO stars I would?doesn?t really matter what time you go here; the service is always terrible. Their... protein is always empty which instead of refilling they will scrape the bottom and decide that is all the meat you will receivethat day. If you buy a double portion then they will find it in their heart to give you a single portion. But not only will theyshort change you on what you are paying for but they will actually take food off of your plate if the portion is a normal size.All the while your frustration is growing, so is their incompetence. This location needs to be shutdown. I ordered through doordash. My chips were stale. And my bowl looked like someone had eaten... half of it, that's how small the amount of food they put in it. Read more

This is the worst managed Chipotle location I have ever seen. Constantly out of meats with staff preparing ingredients they... already have plenty of and not what they are out of or low on. Order online and pick up you say? That's worse than standing inline because ordering online means you get ignored. Chipotle has a very simple menu. One must really try hard to screw up themanagement of the store so badly. I've been to many other locations often and have never seen such incompetence. Oh, and don'tbother writing customer support, you'll just get an automated response telling you they'll forward your complaint to the storemanager. Update 8/18/2022 Several visits over the last 4 weeks have shown much improvement in all areas. There is more staffand much better stocked items. I have not had to leave or wait due to missing items. I've increased my review by 1 star. Willcheck back in after a few months and adjust accordingly. Read more

Great food. Only have eaten here like twice but both times were great. The bowls are the best part and putting the salad... dressing on it makes it even better. It's a good place to eat in. But even better when you take it home to enjoy (in myopinion). It's about $8.50 for chicken bowl and $12 for steak. Both are great. Read more

Come here often, but the service, cleanliness, and food quality are headed the wrong direction. Line out the door with one... employee on the cash register and one on the hot line while four other employees hang out in the back not helping any guests.Trash cans overflowing, chicken was cold and oily on the burrito bowl. The was a curly black hair on top of my burrito as soon as I opened it. Then I tried calling the store and I got a robot that... told me there was not enough information to solve my problem. Then I messaged a robot that told me the same thing. Read more
