DIRTY place, service was only ok and the food took FOR EVER to come. It was just 2 of us so I don?t understand why it would take... them over 40 mins to give us our food (plus the restaurant was almost empty). I love this IHOP, it is a short wait, the food is fresh and the area is nice. I have not had an issue hanging outside waiting or... in my car. The manager is nice they are real cool. The burgers are juicy, the fries/onion rings are crispy and the pancakes arefluffy. It's all worth it. Read more
Madison is the the customer care representative we spoke with at first, she had a bit of an attitude. We still continued with... our order. We called back, and spoke with the ?manager? Rebecca, that seemed to be reasonable at first l, until we told herabout our experience with Madison. We called back to add something, and didn?t feel right about not saying anything about theway we were being rushed, cutoff and spoken to in a short manner. So the ?manager? Rebecca was referring her to ?Mad.? until weasked for the spelling of who originally took out order. She didn?t know that we were on speakerphone at the time. As you cansee the quality of our food that she didn?t take to kind to meet the customers needs. We will be contacting corporate tomorrow.IHOP has never served our crispy bacon, and sausage up under a soggy hash brown. We also recorded them saying ?you?re cuttingout, several times, and ONLY Rebecca and Madison answering each time. Look at the toast, and you can clearly see the missingpieces, angles. If you?re paying for something, and have worked in the food service field don?t ever think this is ok. I getstressed out working in the same field, and this is what they chose to do. Report them. I was craving french toast and decided to place an order to go via the app. I was given a pickup time of 9:46, arrived at 9:45... and my order was ready! The waitress that helped me was very nice. My food was packed neatly and was delicious!! Read more
Two of us went to IHOP on a busy Sunday morning for brunch. We only had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess and front... desk were friendly despite being extremely busy. Our server stopped by pretty quickly and got our drinks and order quickly. Thefood came out in a timely manner. The good was good and not cold. The waiter stopped by to refill our drinks often and ask if weneeded anything. One item I our order was incorrect but the server fixed it right away. The tables were clean and the Coviddividers were still up. The staff still wore masks. Read more
No curbside pickup as stated on website. The staff seemed rude and disturbed when I mentioned I just needed to pick up an order.... No silverware or condiments were provided. Out of the short stack with a side of hashbrowns and silver five for my toddler, theonly good item was the hasbrowns. I've tried giving this location an opportunity but I'll drive the next mile or so for theGarland location. Read more
