We usually order delivery from here multiple times a month. Now through the app, I'm being told they don't deliver to my address... and called multiple time but no one answers phone. Very disappointing. Read more

I Love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but can no longer go to th Rockwall establishment due to the day manager, I guess her name is... Mana. She is very rude & unprofessional! I called to explain there was something missing on my order & she replied angrily- welljust bring your receipt back & I will give you what we missed. I said, I do not have time due to I have to go back to work, Ijust want a refund. She yelled & threw the phone down and said I will have to ring a new tab up minus the food . So now I have 2charges from JJ. Lost a customer 4 ever!! Get better management. Mana is not it. She is very rude!! Read more

Went online this morning and scheduled our delivery for 5:45 this afternoon. It's now 6:45 and we have no food. I've called... the store numerous times and it just rings and rings. No answer. We had a nice large order and paid online, including a 25%tip. Now I have to drive to the store and personally check on our order. So much for the convenience of scheduling a deliveryorder online. So sorry, Jimmy Johns. I guess you've lost another faithful customer. Read more

Placed an order for pickup at 4:30pm on a Saturday. They call and say they close at 3pm on Saturdays now. Rude manager not... willing to accommodate any changes for us to change to a reasonable time. Said they no longer deliver because of short staffsituation. Hung up me when asking for a refund. Hope they go out of business. Read more

Why stay open until 10:00 pm if your not going to make more bread at some point? If you have an hour and a half left of business... hours, why not make more? It's literally a sandwich store, bread is kinda necessary. 2nd time this has happened in thr past fewmonths. Read more

I placed an online order after an hour the order never came and in the tracker it only showed received so I tried calling them... the phone just rang and and rang no one ever answered the phone this went on for over 10 minutes. Now almost 2 hours later westill have no food, it still shows received in tracker and no one is answering the phone. We order from them all the time and Idon?t know what the problem is today but after this I will never order from them again. If an employee cannot even answer thephone when they obviously know a person?s order is almost 2 late I don?t care to spend my money there I?ll go to mikes jerseysubs. Read more

Very disappointed. Drive out of my way for jimmy johns rockwall on a a Saturday at 6:30 pm. Doors were locked but lights were on... inside. There were 3 workers inside and as soon as they saw me at the LOCKED door they walked toward the back. No note on thedoor. No coming to the door saying they?re closed. Just dipped to ?look closed?. Website says they close at 10 pm, not 6:30. Getbetter management. Read more
